Learning objective: After reading this article, learners will be able to describe the contribution of disease progression and non-relapse mortality to overall survival outcomes with teclistamab + daratumumab in patients with RRMM in the MajesTEC-3 trial.

Do you know... Which of the following best describes the findings of a post hoc competing-risk analysis evaluating the contribution of disease progression and NRM to OS in the MajesTEC-3 trial?

In the phase III MajesTEC-3 trial (NCT05083169), teclistamab + daratumumab (Tec-Dara) significantly improved progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) compared with daratumumab + pomalidomide + dexamethasone (DPd) or daratumumab + bortezomib + dexamethasone (DVd) in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM).

Here, we present a visual abstract summarizing a post hoc competing-risk analysis, evaluating the contribution of disease progression and non-relapse mortality (NRM) to overall survival (OS) in the MajesTEC-3 trial. The analysis was presented during the 23rd International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting and Exposition, September 23–26, 2026, Glasgow, UK.
