When we collect personal information about you

We will obtain personal information about you when you sign up for the Multiple Myeloma Hub newsletter, participate in a website survey, or create a My Multiple Myeloma Hub account.

Scientific Education Support uses captured data to create anonymised quarterly reports, for internal teams, external sponsors, and partners to support open-access funding for our website.

We collect this anonymised data to share key performance metrics across our websites, including popular content and categories, our geographic reach including the languages used to read our content.

For registered users, we also collect anonymised information based on personal My Multiple Myeloma Hub account activity. This may include statistics for selected areas of interest, popular bookmarked content, or aggregated statistics by profession or country of practice.

We do not share any identifying personal information with third parties, supporters, or affiliated organiations. Wherever possible we use aggregated, anonymous data that does not identify individual users on our website.

If you have previously registered and would like to close your user account and delete any personal information stored, please contact our team using the email address found on the 'Account Settings' page. We will close the account and remove personal information held within 1 month of the initial request.
