Is upfront auto-SCT still the preferred option for eligible patients?

Giralt shares data from the IFM2009 (NCT01191060) and DETERMINATION (NCT01208662) clinical trials comparing patients who received induction therapy with and without upfront transplant. Giralt considers the latest follow-up data on progression-free survival and measurable residual disease-negativity rates between cohorts as factors, as well as the impact of individual patient factors such as preference, risk status, and age on selecting upfront auto-SCT.
